Our Story

Landmark Bio is a collective endeavor launched by leaders from academia, the life sciences industry, and world-renowned research hospitals to accelerate the development and industrialization of novel therapeutics.

Inspired by the recent advancements in cell and gene therapy, Landmark Bio, formerly known as the new center for advanced biological innovation and manufacturing (CABIM), was established to remove the barriers in drug development, create accessible capacity, expertise and solutions, and offer a collaboration platform to advance manufacturing technologies for the new generation of medicines to come.

Our Capabilities

Landmark Bio is building a multi-modality, state-of-the-art innovation and development laboratory and GMP manufacturing facility in Watertown, MA to help turn today’s cutting-edge research into tomorrow’s breakthrough therapies.

We bring cross-sector expertise to deliver best-in-class services in process development, manufacturing and regulatory support for novel modalities such as cell & gene therapies and mRNA products. We provide a collaborative environment to advance the most promising ideas from bench to clinic and deliver an enhanced understanding of critical quality attributes, reproducible and scalable manufacturing processes, and advanced process and analytical technologies.
